Corporate & Festival Restroom Trailer Rentals

Large public events need more than a clean trailer. They need a restroom plan that accounts for attendance, operating hours, traffic peaks, site access, utilities and the people responsible for keeping the facility guest-ready. The Flush Crew Co. supports corporate gatherings, sporting events, festivals and community events across Charleston, Summerville and the Lowcountry.

Restroom Support Built Around Event Flow

A short private event and an all-day festival place very different demands on the same restroom trailer. We review expected attendance, event duration, alcohol service, gate times, staff and vendor needs, and whether guests can leave and return. That information helps determine the appropriate trailer, placement and service plan.

For higher-traffic events, we can discuss attendants, scheduled checks, consumable restocking and pump-out planning instead of waiting for capacity to become a problem.

Capacity Planning With Real Numbers

Our current restroom trailer options include:

• Basics 2-Station: 150-gallon waste tank, 100-gallon fresh-water tank and general planning range of approximately 50–100 guests.

• Comfort 3-Station: 200-gallon waste tank, 105-gallon fresh-water tank and general planning range of approximately 75–150 guests.

• Luxe ADA + 2: 375-gallon waste tank, 200-gallon fresh-water tank and general planning range of approximately 150–300 guests.

Those ranges are starting points, not a substitute for event details. Visit our restroom trailer comparison or contact us with your schedule and attendance estimate.

Power, Water, Access and Placement

Before delivery, we confirm the site address, delivery window, truck access, surface conditions, trailer position, power and water availability, and pickup timing. The placement area must allow the tow vehicle to enter, maneuver and leave safely. We also consider guest walking paths, lighting, service access and separation from food preparation areas.

Utility requirements vary by trailer and site. If permanent power or water is limited, tell us during planning so available support options can be evaluated before event day.

On-Site Care for Busy Events

Attendants are useful when traffic is continuous, the event runs for many hours, or organizers want one person responsible for cleanliness and supplies. The service level can be matched to the event rather than added automatically.

For multi-day events, we also review overnight security, pump-out timing, freshwater needs and the next day’s opening time. A workable service window is part of the plan from the beginning.

Serving Charleston and the Lowcountry

The Flush Crew Co. is based in Summerville and serves events across Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley counties, including Charleston, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, Ladson and surrounding communities. Selected statewide projects are considered when scheduling and logistics allow.

Corporate and Festival Restroom Trailer FAQs

How many trailers does a large event need?

There is no reliable answer based on attendance alone. Event length, alcohol service, peak arrival periods, staff access, other available restrooms and expected use all affect the plan. Share the full operating schedule so we can size the setup responsibly.

Can you support a multi-day festival?

Yes, depending on availability and site conditions. Multi-day planning may include scheduled pump-outs, freshwater service, restocking and attendants. Service access must remain clear while the event is operating.

Are attendants available?

Yes. Attendants can monitor cleanliness, supplies and guest readiness during higher-traffic events. The appropriate coverage depends on operating hours and expected use.

Is an accessible restroom trailer available?

Our Luxe ADA + 2 trailer is the accessible option in the current fleet. Mention accessibility requirements early so availability and placement can be reviewed.

What information should an event organizer provide?

Send the event date, site address, public hours, estimated attendance, site map if available, utility details, delivery restrictions and the name of the on-site contact. Our restroom trailer FAQ covers additional planning questions.
