The Luxe ADA + 2 Trailer
The Luxe ADA + 2 is the accessible option in our current fleet. It combines an accessible restroom area with two additional stations and is designed for events and sites that need inclusive restroom access without separating basic comfort from the rest of the guest experience.
The trailer has a 375-gallon waste tank, a 200-gallon fresh-water tank and a general planning range of approximately 150–300 guests. Actual service needs depend on event duration, use patterns, other available restrooms and whether the trailer will remain on site for more than one day.

Accessibility Depends on the Site Plan
An accessible trailer cannot solve an inaccessible placement area. Before delivery, we review where the unit will sit, how guests will approach it, the surface condition, available maneuvering space, nearby parking and the route from the event or work area.
Tell us about gates, tight turns, soft ground, curbs, slopes, overhead restrictions and other access limitations. The delivery truck also needs adequate room to enter, position the trailer and leave safely.
Power, Water and Service Access
Utility requirements vary by site and trailer setup. During planning, we confirm available power and water, delivery timing, pickup timing and the area needed for servicing. If permanent utilities are limited, disclose that early so available support options can be evaluated.
For multi-day use, the plan may also need scheduled pump-outs, freshwater service, consumable restocking or an attendant. Service vehicles must be able to reach the trailer without crossing a closed or unsafe event area.
